Business Development Manager


adMixt is seeking a new Business Development Manager to lead the growth of profitable new business and maintain effective agency relationships. We're experts in managing direct response campaigns on Facebook and the only Marketing Partner with the Ad Technology Specialty exclusively providing a managed service for e-commerce and lead generation.

We've built our business on providing stellar service to our customers, and have grown through word-of-mouth and inbound sales. Help us develop a more mature sales and business development strategy and watch us grow!

Responsibilities

  • Identify client prospects who have social marketing needs and present and sell our solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to generate and deliver winning proposals
  • Track and report on the business development pipeline
  • Develop compelling sales collatoral

Requirements

  • Have a network of existing direct-response contacts
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Some practical experience selling social marketing solutions
  • A solid track record of landing new business
  • Skills as an effective and proactive networker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Super-awesome personality
